Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Dubbing at aidubbing.dev (the "Service"), operated by AI Dubbing ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AI Dubbing transcribes, translates and dubs the videos you upload into other languages using AI models, and lets you preview, edit and download the result. AI output can contain mistakes in transcription, translation or pronunciation; review the result before you publish it.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the dubbed versions we create for you. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide the Service to you, including through the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, including the voices, music and images in it, and that dubbing it does not infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, or that you do not have the rights to
• Impersonate a real person in a misleading way or create deceptive media
• Harass, defame or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits, Plans and Payments

Dubbing uses credits. Plan credits are granted each month while your subscription is active and do not roll over; credit packs and sign-up credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a purchase, email us and we will look into it.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date; continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
