Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data AI Dubbing ("we", "us") collects when you use aidubbing.dev, why, and who processes it for us.

What We Collect

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored hashed).
Your videos: the videos you upload, their transcripts and translations, and the dubbed audio and video we generate.
Billing data: your plan, credit balance and purchase history. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used to run and secure the Service.
First-party product analytics: random anonymous and session IDs, page paths without URL queries, language, structured feature actions and error codes, checkout/payment events, and first/last campaign tags, referral code, referring website host and landing page. After sign-in these can be linked to your account. Analytics events do not include full IP addresses, emails, uploaded content or transcripts. We use no third-party analytics scripts.

How We Use It

To provide the Service: transcribe, translate, dub and deliver your videos
To manage your account, credits and payments
To send account emails, such as email verification and password resets
To keep the Service secure and fix problems
To understand product journeys, improve features and measure conversions; first-party product analytics is not used for advertising

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your videos to train AI models.

Who Processes Your Data

We use these service providers, only to run the Service:

Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and email delivery
Stripe: payments and subscriptions
ElevenLabs: speech transcription and AI voice generation
KIE.ai: access to AI models for translation, separating speech from background audio, and fitting the new speech to the original timing

Your videos and transcripts are sent to the AI providers only to produce your dub.

We keep your account data while your account exists, and your uploaded and generated files so you can access them. Deleting your account removes your account data; to have your files deleted as well, email us and we will remove them. We keep billing records as long as the law requires.

Product analytics events are retained for 90 days and account attribution until account deletion. Account deletion removes events linked to your account; previous anonymous visits expire under the 90-day policy. Clearing browser storage resets local anonymous identifiers and attribution. Your Rights

You can access and update your account data in your settings and delete your account at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your data or files, email support@aidubbing.dev.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is restricted.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new date.

Temporary upload files in your browser

When you choose a file before signing in, we temporarily save it in this browser's same-origin IndexedDB for up to 24 hours so upload can continue after sign-in. This local draft is not uploaded before authentication. We remove its file when upload succeeds or you cancel it, and clean expired drafts when the upload entry next opens. A small completed-job receipt may remain until expiry, without the file or its name. Browser storage limits or clearing site data can require selecting the file again. A draft bound to one account cannot continue under another account. This feature retries a whole file rather than resuming individual bytes. Filenames and file contents are not sent as analytics props.
